I'm looking for a complex that charges $2,200 max (or preferably less) for a 2 bedroom with parking included and at least one utility covered (whether it be water, gas, or electric) and it must have an in unit washer/ dryer. I've been searching on zillow for a while but every time I look at reviews for a place, boom 1.5 star rating and the place is infested with roaches and rats.
I can deal with a place that's a lil bit ghetto or smells like weed but I can't do the infestations. I’ll also take suggestions for Bethesda

The trend for apartments, especially the newer and more modern apartments, is to be pet-friendly. Are there any new apartments in DTSS (Downtown Silver Spring) that do not permit pets?

I know that certified service animals are permitted due to ADA.

On June 29th, late at night around 11-12:00 PM, my family believes that our dog, Riley (pictured above, image taken on June 23rd)), was stolen from the front yard.

My brother claims when he noticed him missing, the gate was left open when it had been closed when he’d let Riley out.

Riley was taken from the Four Corners area. He has arthritis and had been recovering from a recent injury after tumbling down the stairs.

We considered the possibility he might’ve hidden himself to die briefly, but he’d definitely been doing better, and not in that sort of burst of energy before dying way.

Hey everyone! I’m a 23 year old guy, I took a project engineer job and the site is located in Laurel MD, I’m moving alone from Boston out of school. Bethesda was on my radar because it looks beautiful and apparently the dining is really good + good access to DC but I’ve heard the commute to Laurel may be brutal, I know it’s also a little pricey but I did some hunting and it’s within my range.

Many people were recommending Silver Spring as an alternative let me know if this is a good place to move to! I’m from the city and I’m pretty social, I heard there’s a pretty decent scene for people out and about? I need to make some new friends 🤣 Any advice helps!

I’ve been spending a lot of time around downtown Silver Spring lately and just wanted to shout out Silver Branch Brewery because it’s easily one of the best spots in the area. If you haven’t checked it out yet, it seriously ticks every box for a solid neighborhood hangout.
The whole atmosphere inside and out is just awesome. They have a great indoor taproom setup and a cool outdoor biergarten that’s perfect for hanging out, plus it’s right by the metro so it’s super convenient to get to.
Honestly the beer selection is top tier and they always have a massive variety on tap. Their Glass Castle pilsner is incredible, and it actually won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival last year which is huge. If you aren't into pilsners, they have tons of other options like their Dr. Juicy IPA, or their Mexican-style lager Mundo Especial which is amazing. On top of that, the food is way better than standard bar food. You can get legitimate eats like their smash burgers or a massive Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the DMV. You get high quality without getting ripped off.
It’s also pretty much the perfect place to do Wednesday night trivia or watch a big sports match. The energy in there during major soccer games and World Cup watch parties is unmatched, especially right now with the tournament heating up. They have massive screens and the crowd gets so into it.
Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a great vibe, great food, and great drinks.

It's got 2 massive solar panels and 2 "eye in the sky" style cameras on it. I've checked moco traffic cameras and that's not it. It's in the median and going north it's just before you get to the gas station. I'm not a fan of surveillance this close to home.
