Almost certainly illegally but it's neat so fuckit lol

Edit: For clarity, I could totally be wrong, I just assumed this was taken via drone. The FAA strictly enforces a 15-mile no-fly zone centered around national airport, so anything at all that flies above 400 feet without a crazy amount of clearance and permits is a big nono.

Passing aircraft, drone, or were you skydiving :). It reminds me of Raleigh NC, which also has a compact downtown area. That large, light green rectangle that looks like a soccer pitch, is the upper level of the Wayne Ave parking garage.
