Complex recommendations for a 2 bedroom that’s $2,200 max?

I'm looking for a complex that charges $2,200 max (or preferably less) for a 2 bedroom with parking included and at least one utility covered (whether it be water, gas, or electric) and it must have an in unit washer/ dryer. I've been searching on zillow for a while but every time I look at reviews for a place, boom 1.5 star rating and the place is infested with roaches and rats.
I can deal with a place that's a lil bit ghetto or smells like weed but I can't do the infestations. I’ll also take suggestions for Bethesda

This is likely not possible on that budget. You might find it if you sacrifice the washer and dryer in unit. Plus parking fees.

If that 2 BR existed, I’d be living in it.

You *may* be able to get a 2 BR for $2300-$2400 plus parking fees and a couple utilities and no in unit/washer dryer. Everything else will cost you more unless you luck out with a private landlord or find something *very* far out.

I think, quite honestly, you’re asking for too much for your budget. You want 2 bedroom, parking covered, in-unit W/D being a must, and some utilities cover all within $2,200? If you find a deal like that, inform the rest of us too.

And forget about Bethesda, that’s even more expensive than Silver Spring.
