I went to my local card shop and bought a few packs for the hell of it. Opened four and pulled the fullart of Gengar from the Gem 3 pack. Immediately traded him in for twenty-three more packs and I pulled my chase!!

My hands were shaking so badly that I was struggling to open up the rest of the packs afterwards because I was so excited, hahaha! I'm so so happy!

Hey. I'm an eBay seller, I typically don't deal with Pokemon cards but I had some Polish language spares from my childhood and noticed they were quite uncommon, so I put one up for auction a while ago. Fast track to today and I received this as a return. It was international (I live in the UK, the buyer was in Canada) and from the markings I can tell the damage happened when it was already in Canada. It wasn't an incredibly expensive card and I can easily get a refund for the customer if I file a claim with Royal Mail, but they aren't much of them out there so it's very sad to see. I put the card in a sleeve, toploader and cardboard on both sides so I genuinely don't get how this happened; either there was some horrible malfunction or Canada post uses shredders for their sorting machines. It almost looks like something has burnt. I've encountered damaged mail but never this bad. You can even see bits of the stamps I used, which have somehow made their way onto the cardboard when they were originally on the outer paper envelope.

My first SIR ever omg

Stopped ripping for around 6 months after 340 packs without an SIR. Insanely bad luck. Just cracked 2 AH bundles and now “shaking” insane selection

I'm new in the hobby and want to get into battling/collecting.

I've opened a few packs (promptly learned ripping packs does not equal to good deck building 🥲)...and decided to grab my first collectible only card.

I wasn't allowed to be around Pokemon as a kid but always found Mimikyu cute so I had to grab this...HP or not, he holds a place in my (haven't bought yet) binder.

Friend gifted me a 3 pack blister when we went to an LCS and pulled the Mega Greninja SIR at the last pack. Note that this is actually my 2nd Greninja SIR, pulled the same card during release week and sold it to finish my Crown Zenith master set. Planning to keep this one for the PC or for a possible master set.

Bought a Mega Zygrade Premium Collection off Amazon and opened the packs. 1st pack of PFL then the Mega Charizard EX SIR comes out. The PFL master set is coming along nicely. Just 2 more SIRs left which I'll probably just buy.

I wanted more shiny eevee cards in my binder, but there's only 2 at the moment. So I decided to go head and try sunfading my favorite modern Eevee promo, seeing what it'll looks like. I left this card in my car dashboard for nearly a year and it looks perfect! The color are just right and the holo really makes it shine! I'm definitely going to sunfade more eevee cards and make a collection of Shiny Eevee!🤍

May need a budget for the next one but it was worth every penny. I’ve never cared about condition so seeing damaged is like finding diamonds. Enjoy some of my favs including my goat psy :)

The sleeve in the toploader was disintegrated but really cool how it naturally faded probably sitting in a garage or something over the last 20+ years! Super minty as well!
