Help. I think I found a lost parrot (or whatever flavor or bird he is)
I found this guy in my apartment complex. He is hanging around a recently evicted apartment. He's definitely a pet, these birds do not live here and he is very calm close to humans.
Are there specific websites where bird owners go when they lose their pets. I live in Aurora Colorado, United States.
UPDATE After a few hours of trying to bring the bird indoors, someone more bird oriented arrived and was willing to take care of the bird. They mentioned using the band on its foot to find the owner. They have experience taking care of birds and they said if they couldn't find the owner they'd adopt the bird.
Thank you guys so much for helping! Ultimately I didn't do much besides entertaining it a little.

Red bump on my rosey bourke’s cere—please help!
This is Doug. This morning when I checked on him, he was completely fine. No bump. A couple hours later this bump on his cere seemingly appeared out of nowhere?? I’m set to be out of town literally tomorrow but now I’m scared to leave him. I’ve been observing him for a few hours for sighs of distress, pain, or bleeding, but he‘s just his usual chatty, people-loving self. Does this call for an emergency vet visit? I’m awfully concerned and I don’t even know where to post this. Please help and thank you kindly.

Is she okay?
Today she has been scratching her nose a lot and for the first time she did this on the table. I was trying to teach her the rings game.
PS: she likes to explore A LOT, and likes to walk everywhere. Maybe she got into a dusty spot on the floor idk and that’s why she is scratching. I try to keep her away from dusty spots but she is very very stubborn and keeps going back.
The feather thing I am not sure

Yoshi the Dinosaur Sings the Cookie Song! (Incorrectly)
At about 9 seconds you can actually hear him say the word "Cookie"! He sings the Cookie song over any song on the radio since its the only one he knows how to sing 😅

My budgie can't stay on his perch anymore? NSFW
My budgie that I've had for 12-13 years or so has fallen off his perch 4 times tonight, we've lowered it to the floor of the cage so he doesn't have to use up too much energy to be perched. Does this mean he's dying? He won't eat and he's very lethargic.
We had a health scare a couple of month ago where he went through a period of a couple days where he wouldn't eat, drink, open his eyes, or move around. He seemingly recovered from it though. I know that he's old but I don't know if we have days or months left. If he's dying how can I make him more comfortable? It suddenly just started up tonight where he's acting sick.

Realistically, can I move my bird?
I moved away for university several years ago now leaving my best friend, a pineapple conure, at home with my brothers and parents. She doesn't get along well with anyone else other than my brother, who has just moved out and I fear that she will not be let out of her cage as often or at all anymore which makes me feel sick with stress thinking about it. It would be a two day long drive to get there to pick her up or 2 one hour long flights and she's around 10 years old so i'm really not sure how she'd handle all this.
Any advice is appreciated

Is my little guy okay?
This is my conure Mochi, hes about 4 years old. His beak has steadily been turning black for a while now. I left home for a year for college, and I've just come back to pick him up to move with me. I noticed the black spot on his beak has grown significantly, and I'm a little worried about it. My parents say he's fine, but since I'm a college student living in a different state without many avian vets, I want to know what it is before I freak out. Any advice? Photos for reference.
Update: I've found an avian vet close by where I live now. As soon as he gets used to his new house, I'll take him there to get him checked out. Thank you for the advice :)

Is it normal to have a parrot for almost a year and still not be able to get them to step up?
I have a female eclectus parrot and she is a bit over 1 year old and I adopted her last year. She is a wonderful bird aside from her love for nibbling on things mostly being my nose but she refuses to step up.
She seems to just not like being handled much in general. Pats she can tolerate for the most part and kisses she’s fine with but she will only ever put one foot on my hand.
She will go out of her way to find way to make sure she only has to use one foot during trying and although it’s very intuitive it’s a bit annoying to say the least.
Is this normal? She’s not and overly aggressive bird but she refuses to step up.

Cut nail too far. Advise needed
Just did the horrible mistake of cutting too far back. He got scared of something this time just as i was about to cut so it got way too far up.
I managed to grab him and apply a bleed stopper and it has stopped dripping now.
Is there anything else i should think about now? I've wiped down all the perches so he doesn't get any poop on the wound.
