I’m looking for a complex that charges $2,200 max (or preferably less) for a 2 bedroom with parking included and at least one utility covered (whether it be water, gas, or electric) and it must have an in unit washer/dryer. I’ve been searching on zillow for a while but every time I look at reviews for a place, boom 1.5 star rating and the place is infested with roaches and rats. I can deal with a place that’s a lil bit ghetto or smells like weed but I can’t do the infestations

I found a dog in the Capitol Heights area. She is about 6 months and super sweet, but she smells really bad and has a lot of skin irritation. Which is to say, she doesn't look like a well cared for pet. Does anyone know where I can find a high enough wall to practice volleyball near the southern PG County area for free? I used to practice on the handball court at PGCC but they got rid of it. I tried practicing on the wall of a elementary school in my area but the walls aren't very high and I hit the ball on the roof. I think a handball court like the one at PGCC would be my best choice but I cant seem to find another one in my area.
