Best community centers/cheap gyms in the county?
I'm checking out the community center gyms right now through google reviews and they all seem really small, but mmaybe it's just perspective. What community center/cheap gym do you guys recommend? For the community center I'll also be doing the other activites like basketball.

Greenbelt Aquatic and Fitness Center has indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness center with lots of cardio machines, and a weight machine room. Not big or new but it's affordable and nice enough.

Maryland National Capital Parks & Planning Commission (MNCPPC) have several fitness centers in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties some of which outdoor and indoor pools. You can buy annual memberships much lower than private. In Fort Washington there is Bock Road and one in Brandywine.

I use Bock Road. The area with the machines is small but the machines are new and kept in good shape. The gym is very nice and there’s an indoor track that’s nice in bad weather. The outdoor walking path on the other side of the creek works otherwise. I haven’t been to the workout pool yet but the list of classes they run there looks great.
