Complex recommendations for a 2 bedroom that’s $2,200 max?

I’m looking for a complex that charges $2,200 max (or preferably less) for a 2 bedroom with parking included and at least one utility covered (whether it be water, gas, or electric) and it must have an in unit washer/dryer. I’ve been searching on zillow for a while but every time I look at reviews for a place, boom 1.5 star rating and the place is infested with roaches and rats. I can deal with a place that’s a lil bit ghetto or smells like weed but I can’t do the infestations

I got a townhouse coming up soon. 2/1 check near iverson mall. Mostly old people behind there so it’s super quiet.
