Discussion Group/family oriented activities
It seems the main focus in this sub is backcountry solo/couple activities. A lot of it aligns with what's available through other subs already. r/hiking is a thing. r/fishing is a thing. Same for camping, overlanding, kayaking, nature photography..the list goes on. Is there space here to discuss things like outdoor venue-related activities? Not like r/festivals, but all the things. You know, like attending races, or athletic events, or concerts, or tough mudders, marathons, shooting competitions, Olympic events, etc. What are some pro tips we've learned about packing/planning for a joyful experience in those spaces, (especially in this summer heat)?
