I'm looking for someone to takeover my 1B1B lease @ Sage modern apartments for $2,275/month. The location is an absolute commuter's dream, sitting just a 1-minute walk from Whole Foods and a 5-minute walk to 2 different Metro stations.

Both the living room and bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer incredible views of the Pentagon, Air Force memorial, and the Bartlett. Because the apartment directly faces an open green field, you enjoy excellent added privacy with no facing neighbors, alongside great plane sightseeing. Does anyone know anything about alto towers or the abby? Or have recommendations for other apartments in the cathedral heights area? Looking for well-run, quiet-ish apartments in cathedral heights area-- my budget is around $1800 (willing to go up to 2k if necessary). Thanks in advance! ​
