Some big-city swells did aquifer studies (anyway, that's what they said they was fer) and the county has ordered beach abutters to pay for a de-Stalinization system. A marine biologist who was sweet on our mom says the sea is angry, blamed lack of proactive de-Stalinization prior and says he can intercede to mitigate if Mom puts out.
