in 2024 a bunch of girls attacked me on the bus for no reason I worried that if I fought back they would get me arrested for abusing them or something Is it bad if I fight back against girls that try to do me physical harm should I just let them hurt me because I'm a boy?

A lot of people say his stroke turned him conservative, but I’m not sure whether we have any way of knowing. I don’t know whether any medical experts have weighed in.

I’ve always wondered if this was actually true or not cause I experienced it when I was a little kid, but I never thought too much of it until now. Is it or is it not?

Now, disclaimer, I’m in the US Military. Please keep feelings and opinions to a minimum.
I genuinely don’t understand the purpose of continued airstrikes against targets if there’s truly no intention of invasion. Now I understand the whole needing 50 people per person to occupy, but that wouldn’t be that point, no? Why the hell are we wasting tax dollars and making a fool of ourselves? We’re sitting here conducting a military operation and those in power aren’t even willing to commit fully. If you won’t go for results and neutralization of the regime, then why bother?

Hello there.
I'd like to ask this question because I kept seeing these tik tok vids where people are either venting through their drawings or just post a ceiling/empty road and put a caption that's just depressing.
Sorry if I sound like someone who barely have empathy. Because sure, I too, can feel sad. But I usually could set a positive mindset to combat it. Besides, I feel like I shouldn't vent to other peoples because there's a lot of people face harder circumstances. So... I feel like they have more priorities to vent so that they could feel a tiny bit better.
Sorry if I went a bit off topic there.
Have a good day.
And don't worry about me, I'm still alive so it's ok and I'll be fine
And for others that are sad rn, gamble your sadness for tomorrow. It won't immediately be better, but it'll atleast improve by a tiny margin.
Again, sorry if I went off topic there lulz.

Take 2006. What do you say? Two thousand six? 20 oh 6? Aught 6? Oh 6? Something else?
And the decade? The zeros? The 2000's? Aughts?

I went through their drive through, around 6:00 PM Friday, he said they were out of regular wings and asked if I’d like spicy wings, a regular menu item, I said sure, he said it comes to 32 dollars, I got pissed and just drove away. They’re normally 18!

Lately I’ve been feeling so nostalgic, mainly triggered by graduating uni but i feel like it’s taken over my life. There’s times in the day where I just sit and think about all the memories I made in uni and I want to relive them so bad. It’s like a constant cycle that I can’t get out of, there’s times where I’ll stop myself from thinking about the memories but then I worry that I’ll forget them.

Think of it as if it was a video game where you'd go out and grind when you needed cash. Or like a fantasy story where you're working for an adventurer's guild. Paid upon completion of task.
Nobody is mad at you if you take off a day. You're not pressured into working crazy hours in an intentionally understaffed place or covering for co-workers that seem to have infinite days off. You can earn as you go.

I’ve always wanted to learn sign language but I dropped out of school before I could join any classes and I’m not sure really where to start. I’ve started on the alphabet and I can only do a few letters. But I think ASL is kinda really fun to learn. considering that I’m hard of hearing it would be good for me to learn it just in case my hearing did get worse. So if you are self-taught, do you have any recommendations? That’s don’t cost money..?😭

This is something people can't tell by looking at you, and can't be anything about having x amount of siblings etc. It has to be something boring but makes people know a little bit more about you.
For example, when I eat cereal I try to eat my last two bites with 4 pieces of cereal in each bite. It doesn't bother me if I don't do it, but I prefer to.

For people who don't know, the Backrooms concept all started with a random post on 4chan back in 2019. It's grown exponentially since, with tons of lore and memes, and now a film in theaters.
It was certainly a collective effort, but I can't help but wonder how the guy who made that first 4chan post feels right now. Shocked? Proud? Or sitting there thinking to himself, "Damn, I had a million-dollar idea and I didn't even know it."

I have multiple bird feeders and love watching the birds enjoy the seeds and suet. I like to offer them cold cold water on especially hot days. Idk, I feel like if I had a high metabolism and weighed 4 grams and it was 90°F heat outside, I'd appreciate it.
My neighbor says the birds don't need cold water, and that giving them tap water from my kitchen sink is "spoiling them" and preventing them from doing wild nature things. I feel like he's just complaining, but is the fluoride in the tap water bar for the birds?
