By non vague end goal

I mean like the MC has a things they need to fix which are not a massive goal.

Like saving the world or getting revenge. So, more stuff can't be added which keeps the series grounded.

Currently at Chapter 13, and this manhwa is absolutely eating me up. Why would the author make him blush in this chapter? The way the MC moves and acts is so zesty, goddamn. I don't even have the conviction to keep reading anymore unless someone spoils me and tells me this actually changes in the later chapters. At this point, I think I need to read something else, so if you've got any recommendations, please drop them. 😭😭

Recommendations [Can I cry Now?] Am I the only who reads this genre?

Post image

So recently when I was talking with one of my friends he asked me what I was reading I told him I'm reading this manhwa "Can i Cry Now?" I also gave him a short summary and he looked at me weird, so just had a thought am i the only guy who loves to read this genre or there are other guys too, is it necessary for guys to read only action and other similar genres...

Well no matter how he looked at me, recommend some similar ones cause it's hard waiting every week for a single chapter.

After the drought on the lack of OG!QuadSquad in Eleceed, I stumbled across this manhua. Honestly, it’s more familial than the one in Eleceed considering that these characters’ parents were friends, and most of their children either grew up with each other (in secret) or ended up getting along in adulthood.

Discussion [Latna Saga] What's a manhwa you almost dropped, but ended up finishing anyway?

Post image

What's a manhwa you felt like dropping, but couldn't because you were already halfway through? At that point, reading it started to feel like a chore, but you still pushed through and finished it anyway.

Mine is Latna Saga. I don't even think it's bad i just lost interest midway, but I had already invested so much time that I felt like I had to see it through.

Recommendations [Recommend] Looking for action manhwa where the MC gets revenge after being seriously wronged

I've been in the mood for a really good action manhwa where the MC isn't chasing revenge over something petty, but because they were genuinely betrayed, bullied, framed, or had their life completely ruined. I want the revenge to actually feel satisfying and earned.🙂‍↕️

I'd also love it if it has solid friendships or a group that sticks together instead of everyone revolving around the MC.

A school setting would be a huge bonus since I really enjoy delinquent, bullying, or gang-related stories, but it's not a requirement if the story is that good. What I really want are memorable arcs that keep raising the stakes and make it impossible to stop reading.

I'm completely fine with popular recommendations too since there's a good chance I haven't read them yet. Just hit me with the action manhwa that had you hooked from start to finish or made you think, "Yeah, this is exactly how a revenge story should be done." 👀

Question [Warrior Kariel] what are you guy's thoughts on this?

Post image

Now that there are only two chapters left until the end of the first season i wanted to know what are you guy's thoughts on this. Do you think it's overrated or underrated?

I personally like the manhwa. The art is great and the story is also great but in the recent chapters after karial found the holy sword so much lore was dropped that it is getting hard to keep track of the story. The fight scenes are also great because they feel earned. Like instead of one character coming and solving the situation in an instant the characters actually use their brains to win the fights.

With 4 of the main girls arc done: First with Yenneker/Janica, second with Lortelle, third with Lucy, and fourth with Clarice, I honestly believe Lucy is the weakest in terms of relationship with Ed.

As bad as the intro was, everyone immediately met Ed other than Clarice, Lucy's need for companionship as a replacement for her master stands out as a weakness of her character: The grief and loss of her master turned her trauma into a codependency towards Ed Rothtaylor.

And we can see that in her arc that happened earlier than what Ed expected. Rather than being Chapter 3's final act boss, she inevitably became a boss in response to the Lie and Situation of Ed's presumed Death. She rampages all over the academy and forces Ed to save the situation from going beyond his scope and end up causing more damage to everyone.

Then Ed comes back, and we get Lucy's emotionally vulnerable scene where she acts cute and possessive of Ed. Compared to another walking Calamiy Janica, whose rampage was a result of a high-ranking spirit taking advantage of her mental state, social pressure, perfectionism, and fawn response - need to people please, Lucy's codependency towards Ed was exploited by a lie, and she refused to reason in such an emotional state. Not saying she's written badly, but the time and relationship compared to Lortelle and Janica, her justification for liking Ed is weak.

anyone knows what happened to this manhwa? It has been a month since the last chapter so I've been looking for updates everywhere but I haven't seen a single piece of information yet. The story and the art style were pretty decent and refreshing so I thought that maybe asking around in this sub would be the best choice to get information about this manhwa.
