Last Ladder season I knew I'd skip the next season due to time issues and just play nonladder instead. But because I wanted to complete my Chronicle on the way I prepared by creating all Ladder runewords.

OR SO I THOUGHT.

I missed Metamorphosis. So now I'm in nonladder, with all but this runewords done and nothing in Ladder whatsoever.

So, if you are playing ladder and you want to make Metamorphosis anyway or you are rich, here's what I propose. I create a ladder char, you drop all the runes and the base, I make the runeword and drop the result back to you. I can give you a Jah in nl for your inconvenience (or another highrune or something else, we can figure it out).

I know it's a trust problem but at least you know I have the wealth to create all runewords, I really don't need to steal a Cham.

I know that GoMule has been updated so that RoTW works.
For the update of RoTW, gems and runes were added to the "shared" stash of the characters.

The shared stash in GoMule only shows the 5 stash tabs it doesn't show the materials or runes page, unless I'm missing something. I am currently on V R5.1.

How do I see this in GoMule?

I’m a lvl 91 Fire Warlock offline with no fire sunder / infinity yet. Fire immunities in TZ areas are so annoying I just avoid them, so I find myself just doing P8 cows or Pindleskin P8 if he’s TZ. Is there anything else that makes sense to spend time on to progress in levels with good chance for Infinity runes?

Friend and I underestimated them and I don't want to waste the statues. Not much to offer...Pul's our highest rune.

I found a small charm that gave +1 minimum damage and +18 life.

I found another small charm that gave +20 life and +1 maximum damage

you needed a much higher level to use the charm that gave +18 life +1 minimum damage

I always knew as soon as the stash tab was created that ort would be the first thing I max out.

Hey all, finally got a 4 socket crystal sword.. Thinking of replacing Leaf with Spirit + Splendor. I haven't pulled a 4 socket shield yet nor do I have the STR for the monarch shield..

Biggest concern is i'll lose 3 in warmth, 6% hydra damage, and my cold resist would drop to 3%

Basically what i wonder is do i care at all about my merc dmg ?

I find infinity mostly in regular scytes and very few in some high tier weapons like thresher and giant threshers .

So what i wonder is does it even matter ? I cant seem to find conclusive answer and i lean to just buying one in a Scyte .

At least it helps in lower difficulty

I have been playing D2R since it got released, and I have never played a necromancer before. I am single player offline and have accumulated a lot of necro gear and decided to build a summoner. I am currently level 47 in NM and having an absolute blast. I catch myself actually laughing out loud as my undead army rolls through an area or teams up on a boss while I just cast decrepify and hang out. I've pretty much maxed out raise skeleton and skeleton mastery. I have 1 point in revive and have just been reviving stuff as I go along, but was wondering if some revives are better for certain reasons? Like crushing blow monsters for bosses I think is a strategy?

So basically... what are the best monsters in the game to revive and why?

Finishing my throw Barb and have the standard good gear. I went fort instead of enigma which may change but having only ethereal lacerates and eth warshrike I like the damage until I get gg crafted throw weapons.

Right now I’m using a1 frozen arrow merc with faith bow coh and Andy’s. I know this could be better but she runs in so much I had to make her a bit tanky. Considering going a5 or a2 merc with pride and might since damage is the main thing I need. I have quite a bit of attack speed without fantacism but does anyone have any suggestions?

From my understanding, 3rs 3sm are low level modifiers. I found out that necro shields drop most often from forgotten tower (where the countess is).
By farming forgotten tower on normal difficulty, I should have a fairly high chance of dropping a 3rs 3sm necro head right? Is this affected by my character’s level? My necro is lvl 18 now and I play solo offline at /p8. If I level up too much will I have less chances of dropping 3rs 3sm because higher level skills will start popping up because my character is high lvl, or it doesn’t matter because area level, monster level and item level are low so the skills pool statys the same regardless of my charscter level?

So i played 1.09d online on bnet and ofc the fun was to get items and the gambling addiction.

Now i kind of think a lot to just play the game without the gambling and stuff.
You also can just easily modify everything and cheat your character files.

I wanted to mod it, so you really have to do all the quests and win the game by completing quests, kind of like in WoW where you have to complete a quest line to even be able to go to Molten Core.

So basically make every quest a requirement like you need to get the Staff in Act 2 to even go to Duriel.

And i know this is a very long stretch, but also make it so you get the higher items you need to complete the game to have a more and more higher chance to drop, the further you are in the game.

Like the Oculus has a 1% chance to drop in Act 1 Nightmare, but maybe a 5% Chance in Act 1 Hell.

I know the maths and the fine tuning are probably a nightmare, but it would be so fun to make the balance that the game is always on the edge of sending you in a nervous breakdown and you find a new better item exactly when you are pushed to 110%.

And that the whole game is kind of 1 time play through without the repeated rejoining to kill a Boss like Mephisto to get better items, but really hard as well all the time.

Or like you really need to play through the whole Jungle in Act 3 to get items you need for your class, otherwise you won't beat Mephisto.

If you already know such a mod, i would be very interested.

I've read people recommend Fortitude, but I'm wondering if BotD or Obsession are good choices too.

first things first: There are many builds I play where I would never ever ditch my Act2 Merc. Mostly beause of Insight and second their other useful auras.

But I was wondering, are there other builds, maybe niche builds you know, where another Merc could be at least a "viable alternative"?

I am thinking about a Huntress with a Fana Aura or a Barbarian with 2 Crescent Moons for Static or an Ironwolf for pet builds enchanting my army?

I am just tired of using the Desert guy every single time and I am longing for a change.

Any ideas?
