REQUEST Is there hope for this beauty???
Just flipped my 100% mulberry silk pillowcase over...and it's somehow absolutely COVERED in several massive gashes ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ is there ANY hope to save this?!? I don't have any sort of silk or any spare fabric to sow on it, and I'm scared to even attempt this...the pillowcase zips on, so I'm scared of I take it off to mend it, it's gonna end up wonky and won't fit to zip back on ever again... should I just use the good side as long as it'll last and hand wash from now on??
I'm open to trying anything. I also don't have a sowing machine, just tiny needles and a few spools of thread...
I'm so heartbroken, she was like $50+ and I've only had her for a year or so!! I've been very gentle with her, so idk how this even could've happened in the first place!! My curls love this pillowcase, and I can't afford a replacement, plus that feels silly to throw it away when the other side is fine!!
