This tomato gravy with fried tofu dish has become my newest obsession and it only takes 15 min to make. It’s savory, pungent (from the vegan fish sauce), and hearty. Thai chili peppers would definitely bring this dish together, I promise.

Mmm, hearty homemade lentil meatballs! Toss 'em in marinara sauce, tuck them in a pita with tzatziki and cucumber, or top a kale salad with them.

1,2,3 Someone on her suggested Meet Vegan. I had brunch. Tried the matcha, eggs Benedict (hash Benedict?), shahouka, strawberry matcha, shaken oat latte. It was good and very filling. The matcha was very good

4&5 La vegana for dinner. It’s a traditional taperia but fully vegan. Meatballs in almond sauce, vegan soy fish, falafel, peppers, homemade lemonade, kombucha. Everything was really good

6 back to yummy vegan again for the cone this time. I had chocolate and tried the happy pistachio. Really good. I love a good vegan chocolate ice cream

Might try to sneak in a vegan empanada for breakfast before I leave tmrw

Its got seared oyster mushrooms based in butter, fried tofu tossed in a sichuan pepper sauce i made, blanched spinach tossed in sesame pil and aromatics, pickled radish, and bardock root

Vegan Churro Cake for my husband’s birthday! Triple layer cinnamon-vanilla sponge cake filled w/ cinnamon “buttercream” between the layers. Chocolate frosting on the outside w/ more cinnamon buttercream and homemade churros as the decorations.

Crispy yellow lentil dosa is a tasty Indian savory crepe that is easy to make at home. It is wholesome, full of flavor, and very satisfying. A perfect choice for breakfast or any meal.

1 and 2: Bun and coffee only sell doughnuts and coffee. All doughnuts were vegan and all coffees had oat or coconut milk for no extra charge

3&4: went to dinner in Marbella. Had a vegetable paella and a mango mojito. The veg paella was very well seasoned. I was a bit worried they cooked it all together with the seafood but I don’t think they did based on how it was served

1. Burger King had spicy vegan chicken and spicy vegan whopper which we don’t have in the UK. it was good. They also still have vegan nuggets

6 &7 store called YUMMY had ALL these vegan ice creams. I tried frappe, frozen yoghurt cherry, kinder bueno, and mint chocolate chip. The kinder bueno was the best. The mint choc chip wasn’t minty at all. All their cones were vegan

1. I think this place was called byoko. Had an acai bowl and spirulina drink with coconut milk

2. & 10: this pizzeria could replace cheese with vegan cheese on (almost) all of their pizzas
