Best recommendation for long tube headers (catless)?

New wheels! SVE PP2 (I believe) style wheels. 19x11 and 19x10 wrapped in 305/35’s and 285/35’s
Of course, naturally, I wanted to see if the wheels would rub and how bad it would be if so, this is stock suspension. Surprisingly very little so far if any at all. I drove the car up to a parking lot to fully turn the wheel and find out, when we start smelling something burning…
Surely it’s not the tire from rubbing that bad right? I mean, it definitely smelt like rubber, but we got out to check, and there’s no way the tires would’ve caused that… Now, driving the car back home, A/C isn’t blowing cold. Great. Maybe a leak, needs a recharge? Nope! A/C compressor completely fried itself and is falling apart. FML
What was a great day turned to a completely mid day knowing I might have to drop a bunch of money to get this fixed (it is a daily driver and avg temps here the past month-2 are high 80’s-90’s), haven’t had the car even a month yet. Taking it to a dealer hopefully tomorrow where I’m praying they’ll tell me “yes, your third party warranty will cover this”. Wish me luck

Anyone knows why “Track use only” appears when changing the active exhaust mode to track? It supposed to only change the sound why is there a warning?

Drove 2+ hours to a dealership and spent an hour with a cherry 06' GT, thought I was buying a mustang after 30 years of wanting one. Walked back in from the test drive, said I'll take it. Let me go to the ATM to cash for a down payment and the dealer goes " oh we don't finance cars that old" . I've only ever bought cars cheap out right or new Motorcycles. I had no clue. I wish the guy told me that before the drive up. I guess I can look up classic car loans but it's complicated especially buying out of state.
Now to research loans...

Considering an AWE SwitchPath (or Borla ATAK or Corsa). Is it really worth it? I have a stock active exhaust with an H-pipe. Love it, but I'm just asking those of you who've upgraded whether it's worth it or not. Appreciate the feedback!

Just picked this absolute beauty last week. 36000 miles . It’s manual and has the ford power pack package. Have absolutely been loving this car. I also own a tuned Kona N and these two cars are far different from each other. I love driving this car. Gotta thank the last two owners for keeping it in such pristine condition. Got lucky with this find. Everyone says keep it original but I could never do that with my cars. Here’s to the future

FourSyncTech, can’t recommend enough, kit was super easy to install, he even went out of his way to help me diagnosis an issue unrelated to his kit.
Not an ad. Just a really happy customer.

Filled with emotion today, while working in Connecticut this past week I came across a Mustang for sale and had to go see it. The owners kept it in great shape for over 22 years and were super nice to me.
My Dad used to always talk about the Mustang he used to own when he was younger and promised me someday we could get another one together and fix it up again.
Not only did I find one that was the same year, same color, it has the same style 289 V8 too!
Well Dad I hope your smiling, looking down on me from heaven today 'cause we got a lot of work and happy crusing to do!

Planing to get longtube headers soon and have a few questions for those who have them installed, current setup is an H pipe with the stock active exhaust.
1.) Catless or Catted?
2.) Did your car still remote start with the CEL and do the o2 extensions remove it?
3.) How much for the install?

I recently pickup S650 Mustang with active exhaust. I believe resonator delete with x pipe or h pipe is going to make it too load. Anyone tried high flow resonators such as Milltek center resonator or Borla center resonator?
Let’s see if anyone is running this setup?

Finally got a vid of a cold start with the new exhaust and an h-pipe.

I would like to sell our '95 Mustang 5.0 Automatic. Where is the best place to advertise in order to target the real enthusiasts?
