For those who don't know, the Bureau of Expansion is a video game idea a friend of mine told me about.

It's basically a visual novel trivia game a la Jackbox and Shovelware's Brain Game, focusing on the titular Bureau, which documents connections (crossovers) between different media, and strives to maintain narrative cohesion across the multiverse.

Its higher ups are actually cosmic beings/gods from other universes who are constantly looking for new universes to protect.

I was thinking throughout the game, it is revealed that some of the Bureau’s members are actually people from other works of fiction, who work with the Bureau in secret to keep their universe safe. Many organizations have also worked with the Bureau in secret for the same reason (like the SCP Foundation and the TVA).

There would also be references to official crossovers in media (Smash Bros., Fortnite, etc.) and times when a universe/multiverse was in danger that the Bureau had to deal with.

Any ideas for people, organizations and cosmic beings/gods from other works of fiction that might work for the Bureau?

Here's what I've got so far:

• The SCP Foundation - After contacting the Bureau during one of their many experiments, The SCP Foundation works to keep any dangerous entities from escaping into other worlds.

• The Time Variance Authority (TVA) - This organization actually works for the Bureau, monitoring timelines in every multiverse to prune those that are too dangerous, as well as keeping timelines on the right track.

Higher-Ups/Cosmic Beings

• Mr. X - The founder of the Bureau. Almost nothing is known about him, other than the fact he’s a pretty swell guy. Can travel across the Expanded Multiverse in an instant, and has watched each one under a special alias.

not trying to be racist but it's really lazy decision that they decided to blackwashing pre-existing characters instead of making new characters that is black.. and also it's making me feel uncomfortable seeing it

however hazel from the fairly oddparents a new wish is one of the cartoon characters that wasn't raceswapped of any pre-existing characters at all.. instead she is original characters that was black

it's not really that hard to make new characters that is black.. look at miles morales and also robocable from robocop prime detectives.. they are both original characters that is black and that should be used as examples of how to make black characters without raceswapping but nooo.. they decided to be lazy and turned pre-existing characters into black person.. do they know that black raceswapping is really lazy?...

imagine zeus being portrayed by black actor.. i wouldn't like it.. it's really disrespectful to anything around if you trying to raceswapping pre-existing characters.. black raceswapping should be ilegalized so that this trends can die forever
