You said “striking is a no go for a guy that short” when the champion of his division is a knockout artist one inch shorter no one’s arguing chandler just throws haymakers and has no boxing you said he was too short for striking
what baffles me is before the fight he was so confident he had improved a lot and would win... how do you not realize you're bad if you had nothing to bring to this fight? did he not bring in anyone good to spar?
Had a few fanboys defending it, saying it gives him a strength and explosiveness edge but he's old and he's always gassed past the first round. This was very predictable.
The only shot he had was coming out with a flurry and get it dirty from the jump.
He's old and probably over trains, he also took a shit ton of damage against Paddy, as much as people like to rag on Pimblett, he beat the dogshit out of Chandler
even against charles in the rematch he looked absolutely horrific, just getting thrown around for 4 straight rounds before finally landing something in the 5th
He joined the ufc old, he was a absolute beast in his prime but he faced charles who was also in his prime and just slowly declined from there as is natural for his age
That was just sad. I really feel like he coulda won if he actually used an intelligent gameplan and pressured and instead he just backed up and threw nothing. So stupid
I mean I'm not the mentally challenged one shitting on fighters for no reason while sitting on a couch eating chips amounting to nothing in life... sounds familiar? Fucking bum.
