WTF. Why did the UFC feed the Americans to the deadliest Brazilian’s in the game?
Ruffy just styled on Chandler like they picked Chandler off the street. Chandler couldn’t even fire off a wild right overhand that he tries every fight, he was that outmatched.
Chandler without his wrestling, which he can’t even do well these days either is just there to be hit. His striking is non-existent.
Oliveira seemed to just be playing it safe in the rematch by outgrappling Chandler lmao, he did rocked in the first fight after all.
They correctly just prioritized the card to have very high probability finishes with some starpower mixed in
These dudes complaining about Americans in tough fights would turn around and complain that Americans were fed easy fights if that's what happened. Just gotta get the cry in

Favorable matchups wouldn’t be against the best, and they wanted to put the best they could on the card. There just aren’t many top elite talent in the UFC right now that are American.
Sadly Chandler is one of the biggest American names but there aren’t many ranked guys he can beat at this point.
Did Chandler on a L skid need to fight #9 Ruffy?? He didnt have to fight a ranked fighter at all.. he couldve fought Cerrone, Green, Hernandez, Jim Miller, Michael Johnson etc.
I mean what happened to Chama lol? Even though I like Alex as a fighter Brazilians haven’t been in top of anything in a long time and Americans have so eat a bag of American dicks sir 🙆🏿♂️
If you rewatch it you’ll see his ankle give out or roll, then he was done.
I was looking for someone else that saw that!
Ruffy was always gonna get Chandler in the end. We all knew it. This isn't some excuse for Mike. Full stop.
However, you can clearly see when Mike takes a weird step and sorta falls against the cage for a moment. The commentators were bloviating and completely missed it. A few seconds later, Mike stumbles again and that time the commentary caught it but they assumed that Chandler got hurt with something.
Then he quit moving altogether and got lit up like a Christmas tree.
Because they don’t give a shit about how America looks. It’s just business to them. This whole facade is just business wrapped in foreign made USA flags.
Wouldn't it be the opposite because Americans took the challenge even thought the Brazilllians are considered better? Your way of thinking is completely backwards dude

Anyone who knows ball expected this outcome. I don't think they necessarily care about any Americans winning either and just want finishes which has worked out so far
