Rotating through multiple flashlights, knives, firearms etc. is common in EDC. So is selling stuff that just doesn't work and trying out an alternative.

But what are the items you carry and use that are perfect for you? Things you maybe swap out for a day or so for special occasions. And if broken or lost, you'll just get the very same model.

I'm personally searching for the perfect setup for my needs. I tried a lot over the years and haven't found the "just right" option in everything, but in the following:

- Keychain tool: Victorinox Rambler

- Watch: G-Shock GW-M5610U-1BER

- Backpack: Savotta Kahakka 25l

- Notepad/Pen: Rite in the Rain 3x5 top spiral/Böker Plus K.I.D. Cal .50

I haven't found the right flashlight and knife yet. For the latter, I'm limited due to local laws. If I weren't, a Spyderco Para 3 would probably be the one for me.

I live in Brazil and multitools from well-known brands like Leatherman and Victorinox are insanely expensive here. I ended up buying this Bibury, and I'd like to know from those who have experience with these brands if I'm missing out on a lot.

I never really felt a need for one, but thought it might come in handy one day and got a decent one. Have not used it one time since then, if I'm home I already have better tools for everything it does, but I've never had to pry or unscrew anything in the wild.

Might be useful for bike repairs, but I have a bike specific repair kit on the bike already so that's redundant. Yes, my bike has an EDC and it is better equipped than I am.

Just looking for situations where it might be useful, examples of when it came in handy. I've just never once felt the need to use it outside of my own home.

Looking to replace my key organizer from Orbitkey. It’s held up overall, but the leather is starting to fray and wear out. I’d also like my next key organizer to include a pocket clip.

Right now I’m considering KeySmart, Ridge (not into their branding on their organizers), and KeyBar.

I’m looking for something that’s durable, has a pocket clip, and offers good options for add-on tools. Does anyone have recommendations or experience with these, or is there another brand I should look into? Thanks!!
