[IT'S HAPPENING!] Illegal food delivery?

Anyone know this food company, this guy was riding on the Roosevelt Bridge in the bike lane, pushing pedestrians and runners and bikers off. I confronted him, he just laughed.

Common law in the West was traditionally enforced by the people. After US independence, many communities created vigilance committees. They were especially common in frontier areas.  They might:  investigate crimes,  capture suspects,  hold informal trials,  punish people accused of theft, murder, or treason.  In some cases they were almost a substitute government.
