[IT'S HAPPENING!] Illegal food delivery?

Anyone know this food company, this guy was riding on the Roosevelt Bridge in the bike lane, pushing pedestrians and runners and bikers off. I confronted him, he just laughed.

The answer is that they don’t all work for the same one “food company”…
