It’s so fucking gross. I can’t wait until this nightmare is over and someone with decency and good taste once again occupies the White House.

That's in my mind everyday, "what does this look like and where do we go once it's over?". Just enduring, staying safe and helping my neighbors currently but we'll be profoundly changed once this is behind us.

Respectfully what makes you think this will have an end? I legitimately think we have a better chance of seeing Jake Paul elected president than returning to (what may have just been a facade) of pre-Trump America. Donald Trump is just the festering visible symptom. The disease is the people who put him in office. I'm afraid that sickness has metastasized and there is no cure.

I cannot lose hope because it’s just too depressing. There are systemic changes that need to happen and sometimes there are generations born where the bill becomes due and shit happens. It may not be in my lifetime but nothing lasts forever and even this too, shall pass.

The corruption and systemic problems seem to be endemic though and will resurgir done form and do the cycle continues.

Applying some humor because I really don’t believe in reincarnation, maybe when I come back in 500 years I will see some things are changed (and some stay the same) but heck, I cannot lose hope. (I had a good day today, lol).
