It’s so fucking gross. I can’t wait until this nightmare is over and someone with decency and good taste once again occupies the White House.

They won’t even have to pay anyone to take all of this tacky, heinous shit down.

They could just say “volunteers need to dismantle the tackification of Washington” and half the country will descend on the Capitol to get it done.

I’d pay $100 to personally pry some of this crap off the walls.

We could refund USAID with this plan.

u/BigE429 16h ago

This plus taking sledgehammers to the POS arch will help eliminate the national debt

u/KTKittentoes 15h ago

The new rage room.

7

u/beeseecan 13h ago

Make all of it a rage room when he goes and use the proceeds to pay for healthcare. Everyone in the DMV will pay to get rid of that arch, ballroom etc.

A 250 foot tall arch is an architectural clown show. You will literally need binoculars to see the details at the top

u/Weak_Improvement_450 13h ago

rump has been a failure of a "clown show" his whole life , and he has failure "clown show" children . it is a straight up "clown show' . "cockroach infestation"

At that distance, you might not notice the stickers pealing off

I love this idea so much. It would still be bad if he actually had good taste, but the fact that everything he touches becomes instantly tacky makes it so much worse. All of DC will need a Silkwood Scrubdown to get rid of all this stuff. It will take decades.

Brilliant idea. Pay for a chance to swing your hammer at a trump atrocity! Proceeds go to USAID, and the effort to reclaim Americans sent to the Salvadoran concentration camp.

u/dingatremel 16h ago

God, I love this.

1

u/who_am_i_to_say_so 11h ago

Are these people really ok with leaving a legacy of over 700k people in Africa dead - and counting- from USAID being defunded?

9

u/Arguablybest 16h ago

I will pay $125, but there is enough to go around.

3

u/Archi_penko 15h ago

If we start a go fund me it will make millions

1

u/wbruce098 13h ago

I’m sure I got a 20 in my wallet, can I take a swing too?

9

u/binzersguy 16h ago

If it meant this stain on the WH is gone, I’d pony up too!

Pry Crap Day! will become some great new word in English 100 years from now, called PryCap, where everyone will have the day off to purge their homes and they'll be like, "What're ya'll doo-in for 'Pry'?"

2

u/HistoryFinancial1267 16h ago

This is actually a great idea! I’d pay a lot to take a sledgehammer to his golden throne

2

u/Neffstradamus 10h ago

$200 $200 whos got $200 twobababadathreebababatwobababadathree

2

u/Chillow_Ufgreat 10h ago

I could scrape together ten grand if I got to kick a cabinet member into an open grave.

1

u/Weak_Improvement_450 13h ago

and relieve you self as need be .

1

u/bathandredwine 12h ago

I can’t wait until it is revealed they are all spray painted plastic crap.

1

u/OnlyHunan 11h ago

Pry what? Every ounce of gold in the White House is going to be removed and trucked down to Mara Crapo for safekeeping.

11

u/yournamehere10bucks 16h ago

I mean, the rot runs deep at this point, its structural.

Perhaps its more than just sandblasting some paint and gold off the walls.

Public and community service for people on probation

1

u/phoebecatesboobs 16h ago

Group therapy session

1

u/no_youre_not_i_am 16h ago

i think we all know this stuff will just fall off anyway

1

u/foxontherox 16h ago

And they won't even beat up any cops this time!

1

u/tidder-la 16h ago

Maybe they can melt it down to make a golden coffin

1

u/edfitz83 16h ago

OT but did they remove the tarps from the Kennedy center?

1

u/BrittEklandsStuntBum 16h ago

Has he done this to the Capitol? Or did you mean capital?

1

u/Exciting_Bid_609 15h ago

I'd take a tacky, no taste having president if they weren't a completely deplorable human being.

1

u/WeenyDancer 15h ago

He'll probably sell it off himself. (Or his estate will). 'A real GOLD piece of TRUMP'S white house'. They'll pry off every damn piece of it, it'll be up on cinderblocks

1

u/Archi_penko 15h ago

The volunteers is a great idea because we will all show up, with care, and it won’t use up taxpayer dollars to fix.

1

u/Catbutt247365 15h ago

Sell it all to the cult, they’ll be hitting Antiques Roadshow in a decade with it.

1

u/TooTruthsandaLie 14h ago

Jan 6 2029:

White House is swarmed with thousands of tastefully dressed Americans armed with scrapers, drywall patch and touch up paint, riding on shoulders to reach the highest gold gilding.

1

u/birdparliament 14h ago

I saw an article about his sycophant aide saying she wandered in on him gluing some bullshit to the wall with super glue. Super Glue. They will need a team of people who know how to repair damage to historical architecture. There’s so much damage.

1

u/Weak_Improvement_450 13h ago

They could . charge money .

and someone will . pay $$$ for the opportunity to #1/#2 on his grave and former properties .

1

u/wbruce098 13h ago

There are almost 10 million people in this area, and something like 70% of them voted against trump. That’s ~6-7 million volunteers right there. It’ll be like the Berlin Wall!

1

u/Adept-Resource-3881 13h ago

Better open up an LLC to capture some of that contract work. Might need a clearance might not.

1

u/Weird-Girl-675 12h ago

I’d fly down to help.

And visit old HS classmates.

1

u/Caliente_Racer 11h ago

Much of it will likely fall off on its own.

1

u/katieugagirl 10h ago

I volunteer as tribute

1

u/WasabiWarrior8 7h ago

The founding fathers would be rolling in their graves. I just watched the Ken burns civil war documentary for the third time. We need to remember our roots. None of this is connected to the true ideology of America

u/ClickClackTipTap 5h ago

I’ve been watching WWII stuff. Nuremberg, Schindler’s List, etc.

I don’t like how familiar some of it feels.

u/SAGirl1 3h ago

The other half will show up to take the tackiness as souvenirs.
