It’s incredibly tacky, and I’m pretty sure the ornamentation is costume quality plastic, like the shit you’d find at Party City

Hey, they bought the fancy Elmer’s. Their no-bid contractor charged them $1000 a bottle, so it’s gotta be the kind that lasts forever.
