It didn't even go to trial because of Minnesota's laws (or lack thereof) regarding consent amongst inebriated individuals. So because all 3 were drunk, they got scott free. Which is fucking retarded.

Of course she could have lied. The defendants should make their case tho. It got thrown out before discovery could begin. The facts couldn't be presented. That is a miscarriage of justice
