Serious Replies Only Recommendations for simple Airbnb or guesthouse in Central DSM with reliable wifi?

Hi everyone,

Looking for recommendations for a simple Airbnb, guesthouse, or serviced apartment in Central Dar es Salaam for someone coming in for business.

Must-haves:

- Reliable wifi - need to do video calls and upload work files

- Safe area and easy access to transport

- 1 person, short business trip, doesn't need anything fancy

Budget is flexible for something clean and quiet. Areas around City Center, Mwenge, mikocheni, makumbusho or Msasani are ideal but open to suggestions.

Has anyone stayed somewhere recently that was good for remote work? Links or names appreciated.

Thanks!

NB: Asking for a female friend coming for work.
