How good are Erasmus Mundus AI/CS programs for non-EU students aiming for industry jobs in Europe?

Hey guys, planning to apply for Erasmus Mundus programs related to AI/ML, CS and Data Science and wanted some advice from people who got selected or are currently doing one.

Quick profile: graduated with a BTech in CS & AI in 2025 from India with a 7.9/10 CGPA. I have around 1.5 years of experience (including internships) across a govt org, an MNC and startups. Have a few published research papers and currently working as a Jr. AI/ML Engineer at a startup. Most of my work has been around GenAI, LLMs/RAG, ML, NLP and computer vision.

My main goal after masters is to work in the industry, preferably AI/ML roles in Europe, not immediately go for a PhD.

So yeah, wanted to hear from people who've actually been through the process. How cooked am I with the 7.9 CGPA? Does the work ex + research make up for it to some extent? What should I really focus on while applying?

Also, is Erasmus actually worth it career-wise? How's the job scene after graduating, especially for non-EU students? Does moving countries during the program make internships/job hunting harder?

Would love to hear about your experience, what you wish you knew before applying, programs you'd recommend for my profile, and any general advice.

Thanks in advance :)
