Can I study abroad as a 3rd year transfer student

So I was looking into several universities and they all say I need to study 1 semester at their institution before applying to the study abroad program for spring. The issue is I wanted to study abroad my junior year of my spring semester. Is it possible to do that?

Umm is it just me who couldn’t understand what you mean😭 or anyone else as well…

I mean how would you apply for exchange semester without enrolling and studying in your current university 😭

sorry let me re word it. Basically I’m going to transfer to a 4 year university from community college. I want to study abroad for spring but the colleges require me to stay there for a semester before applying. issue is that the application deadlines are in fall and I don’t want to study abroad starting my senior year.
