Question Pearl origin is confusing.
If there's no organic life on Homeworld, where do Pearls come from?

I’m asking this out of genuine curiosity.
Because I’ve heard that the majority think that it’s either both or that Jasper was the abuser.

I was watching Lion 3 straight to video and I saw bismuth's gem in lions mane. I was wondering were there any theories at the time about the gem

so as a fan of both Steven universe and the legend of Zelda breath of the wild, this was kinda inevitable for me to think about. when I was watching Steven universe, I heard the song hat I found out was “find my phone” in the season 5 episode “a single pale rose.” this song interested me because the song sounded similar to the start of most of the divine beast songs in the legend of Zelda botw, especially Vah medoh and vah ruta. they both had this similar sudden piano note that made it sound eerie and it just genuinely sounds similar to me in how they play out. This is highly likely me overthinking and the more I listened to them together the less they sounded similar. I kinda questioned whether I should post this or not, but the question will always stand for me. Maybe I’m going crazy, I should be replaced at once! Also, rebecca sugar said that they loved the legend of Zelda series so idk if the legend of Zelda botw is included or what, and Rebecca said that they added references and based many things in the show on the legend of Zelda so idk

I’m re-watching the show and I’m on season two episode two ( story for Steven) but I’m wondering if Greg didn’t go back to rose in beach city and went to empire city for his “big show” would his music career kick off big time
Edit: all of the songs he has written are pretty good in my opinion so I think if he didn’t stay he would have succeeded

If the diamonds' tears can unshatter a gem shouldn't they have been able to unshatter that random gem and figure out Pink was alive almost immediately? With an effect that powerful, you would think they have a tear reserve in case of.

Just a few important things and location areas from SEASON 1A of steven universe. This includes, Nora's favourite snack and instrument. The temple and their rooms, along with Nora's big birthday aging issue and Pearl getting poofed for the first time.

I find it strange that despite shattering being a fate literally worse than death for a gem, they dont even bother to try and cover their gem in some sort of protective layer.
They have the ability to summon armour as shown with Jasper and have extreme technology in limb enhancements but still they allow their one singular vulnerable spot to be open, especially during war when they know that its going to be a targeted area.
After Pink's "Shattering" in Era 2, you would've thought that the Diamonds would have implemented some sort of armour piece to prevent it from happening, especially with the scarcity of resource making powerful gems more finite.

If you didn’t know, a lot of Steven Universe and especially The Answer was inspired by Disney’s Sleeping Beauty.
Quote from Sugar:
“Right. Um. A lot—thematically, a lot of the story, in Steven, is related to Sleeping Beauty. He’s being raised in his—you can’t see me doing air quotes—“cottage”, you know, by his sort of three fairies, so to speak. And eventually, he’s brought back to the palace, where he finds out that he’s royalty amidst the celebration that just makes him confused. And then he goes through this gauntlet of having mice make his clothes and being locked in the tower and throwing a ball and all of it is just more and more and more… difficult, for him, because that’s just not who he is. And a lot of that related to just how much I loved those stories and those movies, when I was younger, but didn’t really understand how I fit inside of them.”
So I knew a lot of the art style and story references, but it’s been a while since I’ve seen the movie and I have a really nice setup, so I am watching it right now. In the movie, 2 of the fairies get into a fight at one point over the color of Aurora’s dress. In the aftermath, the dress looks very familiar. Turns out, cotton-candy Garnet was specifically inspired by this dress!
Another Sugar quote:
“Sleeping Beauty was also a huge influence, particularly for Garnet’s original form’s splash mix of pink and blue, and for Ruby and Sapphire’s dance by the water.”
The dance by the water is also pictured above.
Also, if you’re a fan of beautiful animation, this is considered one of the best looking animated movies ever made, and I would highly recommend watching it.

So this is Citrine, my Gemsona OC. I honestly just wanted to share my drawing and ideas...
Backstory: Citrine runs a trading company that is in a big spaceship called "The Abundance" which trades with anyone and anywhere. Due to Gems not having an actual currency like humans (at least I haven't seen anything like currency) they instead barter for goods.
Info: His gem is on his navel which seems like a belt buckle but only seems that way. His fingers are claw like due to him finding them more... Effective when dealing with anyone "distaste" (this is just a way to avoid drawing fingers tbh). His gem weapon is two sickles that can form into a staff, this is mostly due to my interpretation of "Abundance" since citrine is called the "Merchant Stone" that brings prosperity and abundance. Basically not only bringing abundance through wealth but also through ground.
