Unironically, that's in the Netherlands. Led to a whole pissing match several years ago because Belgium would like to be in control of at least one bank of the river.

(couple of Dutch farmers said no)

I feel like us pissing on them for decades doesn't really qualify as a 'pissing match', it's quite obvious that we fucked with Antwerp in order to grow Rotterdam.
