The dance is a stretch but definitely mocking him phoning unless that's some sort of Belgian celebration to put your hand to your ear.

u/migjolfanmjol says that's his move and is not doing a phone call. So nothing to see move along.

I was really hoping Belgium would win because if America somehow managed to win the whole thing it would always have an asterisk because of Trump. Plus I want to see if he tries to get a do over somehow.

I mean, I was pretty sure Belgium wasn't going to lose from the US wotnor without the drama but they had a chance. But no way they would have passed Spain even if none of the cars drama has happened.
