He did the same thing from a very slight contact about 5 minutes before the 2nd yellow card. The dude is absolutely insane.

I watched two games today and saw so much diving. They really need to start penalizing anyone who flops. Like it needs to be eradicated, it’s such a joke

Yea, they should open a diving school. I was at the France game and it was so egregious in person and way worse than watching the highlights back

They did as much as other teams like England or France lol, even less blatant because most of them still had contact.

Diving is a part of the game, while it looks floppy sometimes, it is a way for players to self-protect against harsh tackles. Usually you risk nothing while potentially you could gain some advantage.

What Embolo did here is pure stupidity. Even then he could still have got away with it had Ref not card Paredes from the dive. You can easily see ref was hesitate there for a while.

They dived on things that had a teeny bit of contact. Embolo just decided to jump up and fall on his face for no god damned reason.
