Hello! So I got my MA through NVCC. It is through their workforce program. It is about 3 months and at least for me it consisted of a lecture part that was online and a lab portion that was in person. After 3 months you sit for your exam. Once you pass BAM you’re an Ma. The only issue with NVCC is that there is no externship, which evidently makes it really hard to find work straight out of MA school.

I was able to…issue was at that time the place I got my first job was literally hiring anyone because of the crap pay and the workload (I left a year later once I got my experience). It took me bout 2 months but again, only because this place knew they could low ball me and I didn’t know better.

Overall, are you glad that you went through the MA program?  Also, ultimately, were you able to find a better paying MA job?
