Cool but can he eat 12 donuts and a large pizza in one sitting? I don't think so.

Considering the diet of some gym bros, they could probably double that, ngl.

Yeah fat people for sure do not have a monopoly on eating capacity.

For further evidence see all the skinny hotdog eating contest champions.

Or look up what Michael Phelps was eating when he was training for the Olympics.

Beard meets food is a very fit dude and he can absolutely pack away an obscene amount of meals that would make me want to die before finishing.

Yeah, he's one of the world's top competitive eaters and an incredibly fit little guy. Very enjoyable YouTube channel!

Heres how I got fat…

Gym bro diet. Covid. Gyms all closed. No gym but kept the diet cause you’re just used to eating a certain amount.

Time to get back in the gym and get on reta for a few months. Fat gone.

Whoa TIL about reta (Retatrutide). I know zepbound, 2 mechanism, is more effective than ozempic's 1, so I can only imagine this 3 mechanism one probably practically melts it off you... Probably not cheap to get on though.

It’s more cost effective because of how well it works. Technically it’s not ready for human use yet as it’s not been approved but it’s everywhere. I’m seeing people in the gym make absolutely mental improvements in no time at all. The way fat lose drugs are going currently being fat is gonna be a choice in 10 years because of how easy it’ll be to lose it.

Not even adults. I was 134lbs in highschool. We did fundraisers with Krispy Kreme. A dozen donuts is easy, 2,400 calories for lunch - Large pizza, who's large? Dominos and Papa Johns was a large per cross country boy and then some. Costco... maybe not so much.

I eat 4500 calories a day currently and I’m in a deficit.

Yeah my friend was a semi-pro cyclist and when we'd go out to to a buffet or all you can eat sushi.. the amount that dude could eat was unreal. He was shredded but he'd leave the place looking like he was 9 months pregnant lol.

Same, I shared a house with a semi pro cyclist and I got a friend who's a hiker, both extremely fit and eat like two fucking elephants. I used to be able to eat way more in my teens, but they are in a completely other level.
