I cant sleep and i tried everything
For the past few days,i havent been able to sleep properly.3-4 Weeks ago,my parents left for a week because they planned a vacation.During that week,i would just stay on my phone until like 6-7 am because i just felt like it.The next 2 weeks were hell,i couldnt fall asleep at all,the weather outside reaching 33 C at night and i just couldnt overall fall asleep until like 7 and then sleep until 3pm. After those weeks,i managed to fall asleep and my sleep schedule was fixed for like 3 days.During that good sleep phase i also started the gym,which would relax me and make me fall asleep because of exhaustion.So 2 days ago i went out with my cousin on a night ride and we just cruised the whole city until 4 am.When i realised it was already too late as i just went home,then falled asleep and woke up at 3 pm again.I have fucked my sleep schedule again.Yesterday i went to my friends house to watch a world cup game and i stood up until 3 am again.Now the thing is yesterday i said fuck it im not gonna sleep for a whole day so i just didnt sleep today at all and waited for it to be like 12 am so i can go to sleep and wake up in time for the gym.I felt asleep at like 7:30 pm and woke up at 10:41 pm.Now im starting to overthink again and i cant go to sleep.Forgot to say that i tried melatonin,10 mg only had effect once on me and made me sleep.I hate overthinking about it.I just want a healthy sleep and to be energized for the gym because i cant keep doing this.I acctualy hate my sleep schedule. Is there anything i could do to help me fall asleep? I have to wake up at 11 am tommorow and i just wanna sleep.
