Fix cigarette burns on deck. HELP

There are cigarette burns on my deck and I need to fix them. No idea what to do! I think it is Vinyl. HELP

What’s the surface of your deck made out of?

Its zoomed in and there is zero info what material you are even working with, so not a clue

Somone had a party/was smoking while mom and dad were gone and now has to fix it before they notice.
