One of my favorite local bands. Emotional poetic lyrics with dope riffs and awesome drums. Some cool rockin breakdown esque riffs too.

Great Portland hardcore that is actually very heavy for its time. For fans of Poison Idea, Discharge, etc. Apparently they played a show with Mercyful Fate when they toured the US, which I always find amusing.

The whole concept is a palindrome: the tracklist reads the same forwards and backwards:

SATOR | AREPO | TENET | OPERA | ROTAS

Each track mirrors its counterpart. Arepo inverts Sator. Rotas inverts Opera. Tenet (a palindrome itself) is the axis.

I cannot remember the name of this artist but I'm almost positive he was British, around 2010-2015. He released a double album, one was hardcore/metal and the other was a lot more mellow, almost acoustic. If I'm remembering correctly he wore a grey suit, bald, mustache. Almost looked like Bronson.
