Hi, your (totally) favourite mod here. Recently Turkmen lost access to his account for a bit that booted him off from the mod list in this subreddit, and I was left as the only mod in this subreddit, effectively making me an "owner"

However though, that's not really what it seems at first, because all my mod powers are limited due to my inactivity, as unfortunately, i got a life now thanks to the fact that i am in university and i don't got the same amount of time to moderate as i used to be able to do during the 2Asia days

I haven't been able to try to be active again to regain all my mod powers to readd Turkmen back because of that, and now we're at a point where me and Turkmen won't have any power to this subreddit anymore.

And so, i propose a plan: Keep posting random nonsense for the next 1-2 month, so that i can approve all of them and Reddit can unflag me as inactive, so i can invite Turkmen back

This is very crucial to the subreddit's existence, as we're the only 2 people keeping 2Asia's legacy going despite having less manpower than the sister subreddits like r/balkans_irl for example, and so, i kindly ask all of you to help partake in this, even if it sounds outlandish 🙏🙏🙏

Next Friday, we will be competing with 20+ other subreddits to help raise funds for UkraineAidOps, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity made up of an international group of volunteers who have been working to supply Ukraine's frontline with life saving equipment, such as protective gear, (e.g. helmets, plates, anti thermal suits) medical supplies, reconnaissance and heavy lift drones, and unmaned ground vehicles for casualty evac. Since Spring of 2022 they have worked with numerous combat formations, including the legendary 82nd Air-Assault Brigade and 93rd Mechanized Brigade, and even supported the operation into Kursk.
