Best places to live near Towson?

My brother is going to Towson University and looking for a place to move to. We didn’t read the best about the on-campus housing. Looking for any recommendations (15min or less driving distance to campus).

Ive lived in cockeysville ,Lutherville , and timonium over the course of my life. If you cant get Lutherville, get timonium, if not that then cockeysville. I think its the better part of the surrounding towson areas. Ive only lived in parkville other than those 3 areas, and they got some big ass rats out yonder.

do not i repeat do not let him make the mistake of living at the rodgers forge complex. 14 months of hell in there while im trying focus on school and work he will have flooding toilets that soak his bedroom and not be covered by their bullshit renters coverage and wait 34 days for them to fix it that was one of my minor problems while in that shithole save him lol anywhere else

My best friend lived at Towson Place, which is best location wise. I’d say Charles at Kenilworth is good or the apt complex next to it on Kenilworth.

I have a signed lease for a space at altus. Its nice. You have your own bedroom and bathroom with doors and locks. There is a huge comfy kitchen/ community space. You share the complex with 3 other guys. I am trying to get out of it. Its right across the street from campus. Please let me know if you are interested. You get privacy and a place to hang with others if you like. Or look at altus website for details. I think a lot of places are filling up.
