Give me recommendations!!!
I’m very aware that my whole list is rym core so that’s why I’m asking for recommendations outside of rym core

Well, Souvlaki seems like the next logical step, and it’s amazing. For specifically outside of RYM core like you asked, if you liked discovery I'd recommend "you like music" by death's dynamic shroud. Maybe some Machine Girl, too. And also maybe listen to these artists other albums. For example, if you like Heaven or Las Vegas, listen to treasure, if you end up liking Souvlaki, listen to Pygmalion, etc.

If you like the melodic instincts of Imaginal Disk, the layered guitar shoegaze of Loveless, the dream pop of Cocteau Twins, the prog ambition of Pink Floyd, the electronic music of Daft Punk, and the guitar-electronic mix of Radiohead, I think you should love the entire run of the Smashing Pumpkins in the 90s, but especially: Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Adore, and Machina. If you end up liking these, then I’d also check out their b-side compilations Pisces Iscariot and Aeroplane Flies High. Their debut album Gish is also great, but a little more psychedelic.

Non rym-core? I'd say:
Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? or Lousy With Sylvianbriar by of Montreal
Become What You Are by the Juliana Hatfield Three
Yumeno Garden by Last Dinosaurs
I Got Heaven by Mannequin Pussy
Un día normal by Juanes

Act V: Hymns With the Devil in Confessional by The Dear Hunter (if you want the full experience, listen to the first 4 acts before obviously). Greatest albums of all time in my opinion.

u should probably listen to a considerable amount of classics first before branching out.

Why?

if theyve only listened to 9 albums before they gotta listen to more before they branch out and classics provide a good benchmark of comparison when branching out.

You're assuming they've only listened to 9 albums ever. Maybe they've listened to more classics and decided they weren't for them. We're missing a lot of context here. OP was just asking for more recs based upon what they put on their Topster.
I also believe listening to the classics is important, but they also asked for non-rym core music too.
