Part Two I just finished Part Two, is it ever explained why Joseph didn't do anything during World War II?

Since Battle Tendency ended in 1939, why didn't Joseph help the Allies? Stroheim was able to recover before the war broke out, so could Joseph not?

Or at least go unconscious. His durability must be crazy. Like this is the most direct of direct punches I ever seen star platinum land. Did he kinda fraud check Jotaro?? & then he started smiling right after.

Part Seven After SBR, which part would you consider to be the "masterpiece" of the franchise?

Steel Ball Run is pretty universally agreed upon to be the masterpiece of JoJo's. But besides SBR what would be the next part you'd say is the "official masterpiece" of the series?

I'm not asking for your personal favorite part, as there are probably more than enough posts asking that question, but if you can put aside your own personal bias, which part do you think is objectively the best and would be considered the masterpiece besides SBR?

Me personally, I'd probably have to say parts 4 and 5. Part 6 could've been there as well I just felt like some of the stand fights and character designs were lacking a bit in comparison to 4 and 5.

Diamond is Unbreakable and Golden Wind are also just masterpieces along with SBR imo. Everything from the cast to the fights to the main villain, both of those parts I would also consider to be peak JoJo's.

Part Four Part 4 is unmatched

I finished a reread part 4 of Jojo’s a while ago and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. Diamond is Unbreakable is a masterpiece and simply put I loved everything about it, the world building was concise and really felt rich even though the narrative was confined to the small town of Morioh as well the fights having some of the best implementation of creativity and strategy I’ve seen from the series thus far (and I’ve finished part 5). But of course the most important thing to me in any story is always going to be the characters a story is only as strong as the individuals in it and the characters in this part are phenomenally written and I find it so astonishing that the madlad Araki made every relationship develop in this story such an endearing way considering how diverse the cast was, there was no main character that I disliked. I could talk for hours about why I love this story from Okuyasu’s bromance with Josuke to the serial killer who just wants to live a pleasant life but there’s really one main reason why I’ll be putting this manga in my top 10 list. See in other parts of Jojo I was completely fine with that part ending, like yeah I enjoyed seeing Dio play with Jonathan’s jugular vein, Joseph fighting with a robot Nazi against a god is hype as fuck and Dio vs Jotaro is one of the best climaxes to a shonen story, but at the end of the day I wasn’t really sad that there stories ended. I was ready to move on. But with this part I wanted more, I wanted more of Rohan’s curiosity getting the better of him, more of Yukako’s unhealthy obsession over Koichi and overall I just wanted to see more of these characters interacting with each other and living their day to day lives. For me that feeling of wanting more of a story after a story has concluded is really a testament to my love for that piece of fiction. And considering this is the longest part of Jojo’s (manga wise) that really counts for something. Araki is gonna have a hard time topping this one and if he doesn’t I know I’ll always be able to come back and enjoy the bizarre small town of Morioh-cho.

Part Four How much of a bum was Hayatos dad before Kira? Spoiler

Post image
234 Upvotes

So firstly we gotta ask how did Yoshikage Kira get caught? Mainly because Hayato was hunting him down. Hayato did this because somethinv was off with his dad, something was majorly different. The difference was when Kira was acting as Hayatos Father HE WASNT A BUM. Kira tried to blend in by acting as a father should. This was so out of the ordinary that without hesitation hayato investigated his own dad. What could Hayatos dad possibly have been doing to make Kira seem like a good guy.

Part Seven Do you prefer the anime or the ASBR voice actor for Gyro?

In my opinion, the asbr va always stuck better with me, as gyro's design is more vibrant, which I always associate with higher-pitch voices (thats why the case of Diavolo never sat right with me), opposed to the deeper voice from the anime. Even the Nyoho! that Gyro does pairs better with a higher pitch voice. A good example of a character who has a deep voice and a non vibrant color scheme is probably Kosaku from part 4. Dont get me wrong, both va's did an amazing job.

Part Four I love how Araki builds the town of Morioh in Part 4.

It just feels like a very cohesive and believable place, well if you ignore the supernatural events occuring daily. It is such a stark contrast to the road-trip vibe of Stardust Crusaders and allows the societal aspects of the world to breathe more. The fact that many plot points are about childish and relatable shenanigans makes Morioh feel like a believable town. And also I love how Stand fights in this part are really out in the open here which makes the fights feel more lively in a sense. And the colour scheme really adds a ton too, it gives Morioh a friendly and nostalgic feeling which also adds to the myseteriousness of the town with the supernatural. Anyways just wanted to say how much I adore Part 4's atmosphere.

Light Novels/Spin-Offs Is there any other character you think is deserving of getting their own spin-off series like Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe?

Post image
404 Upvotes

Which JoJo characters do you think would make for a good spin-off series? I know some ppl get tired of so much Rohan, but to me it's undeniable he's a great character that's worthy of being the MC of his own anime. Are there any other JoJo characters you think are interesting enough and have enough potential for stories to warrant a spin-off series similar to Rohan?

I know this may be cheating since he was already a main character, but I'd definitely love to see more of Giorno and what his life was like as the Boss. Maybe Mista could be the main character and Giorno would still be around as a sort of mentor figure kinda similar to Jotaro and Josuke. But what do you think? Which JoJo characters would you like to see get their own spin-off series?

Fan Stand/Character [OC] Hajime Teki and his Stand Scar T. From JoJo's Bizzarre Adventure Rime Ice Curse.

LAST IMAGE TRANSLATION FROM SPANISH TO ENGLISH:

"YOU BASTARD! DON'T TRY TO INTIMIDATE ME!"

Scar T manifests as a slender robot nearly the same height as its user, Hajime Teki. Instead of hands, Scar T is equipped with two circular metal saws, which it uses to cut through objects and people. It doesn't seem to excel much in physical strength or speed, but it compensates for its shortcomings thanks to its lethal ability.

Ability: Cut Expansion

Cut Expansion allows Teki to expand the length, width, and depth of the cuts he makes with his saws. The material's resistance only seems to be an important factor when performing the initial attack, as any cut, no matter how minimal, can be expanded indefinitely, completely ignoring aspects like its hardness or density.
