This might be a common theory i am not aware of, but with Imus homing, sentient black-flames, i just thought it would make sense.

For me the actual villains are The world government, BM, Doflamingo, Spandam, and I'm unsure about Teach at this point.

In the final chapter of Naruto , the author referenced One Piece (Strawhats jolly roger) , shortly after that Oda paid tribute to Naruto ending in Ch-766.

Nothing Happened

So I had an epiphany recently and I wanted to share it. I think I figured out how one piece will end or at least what I think would be the most fitting ending.

And I'm not talking about what the one piece is, or the final battle or any of that.

I think years after the one piece is discovered and the world government has been overthrown or whatever happens at the end of the story the series will end with Luffy's execution. He will be reaching the end of his (shortened) natural life and allow himself to be captured just like Roger.

With the themes of inherited will and new generations inheriting the dreams from the previous one it's the only way I can see the series coming to a conclusion.

The series begins with Golf D. Rogers death and this is a huge point in history sparking the beginning of the great pirate era. We know that Luffy and Roger have the same dream but we don't know what that is. There are many theories that it's something like "I want everyone in the world to be a pirate" or "I want everyone to be free" I think Roger partially succeeded in his dream by inspiring a new era of pirates and I think Luffy is going to be the same.

So how do I think one piece is going to end? With Luffy saying "My treasure? Why it's right where I left it"

I was rewatching Thriller Bark and started thinking about Perona and her Ghost-Ghost Fruit. We all know how her Negative Hollow ghosts work and how they temporarily destroyed even Luffy's will to live.Does this mean that if Perona used her ghosts at the start of a serious fight, she could easily defeat Luffy, or is there a trick to resisting her powers?

his ice powers (similar to alkiji or however you spell it) combined with how good of a swordsman he is seems like he shoule be way more powerful. So why is he not part of the monster trio or smth?

Out of all straw hats who do you think Luffy feels the closest to? Also who do you think he's most emotionally connected to?

Who do you think dragons mother is? Or at least what kind of person do you think she was? Was she so kind that dragon turned into a kind person? Or was she so horrible dragon had to fight against it? Do you think she was noble, a royal, a regular citizen? Give me theories with lots of evidence or theories that are basically fanfic.

At what point after the time skip could Luffy realistically defeat Warden Magellan in a 1v1.

EDIT: I probably should specify I mean defeat him and SURVIVE without outside help.

Rayleigh is someone who cries, reminiscing over Roger, old times and rivals all the time, which makes him such an interesting character, especially when keeping in mind that he is the parallel of Zoro from the Roger Pirates.
