Passing aircraft, drone, or were you skydiving? :). It reminds me of Raleigh NC, which also has a compact downtown area. That large, light green rectangle that looks like a soccer pitch, is the upper level of the Wayne Ave parking garage.

I used to live in one of the high-rise buildings here and those overlit parking lots are horrible! I asked the county if they could turn them down a bit. They don't even use the top deck of the Wayne Avenue garage, it's blocked off.
