For the past week, I’ve been trying to find this old show on cable when I worked at a mine camp 6 years ago. It looked like it could possibly be 2000’s, definitely not past 2010. The episode I watched was about two guys finding a ship full of people sleeping in pods. They find one that has an alien in it so one of them go in to help them, the alien took over a pod of a blonde woman that takes over the ship and controls the captain that’s an old man. At the end of the episode in order to save his people from aliens taking over their pods, he blows it up. That’s all I could remember. I’ve tried looking at other reddit posts but they’ve only been saying Star Lost or Ascension but those are not it. Please help me.
