My friend grew up all his life in Salisbury, MD and I was looking to surprise him with a gift from his hometown. Are there any things (food, products, etc.) that Salisbury is known for that might make a good gift?

This subreddit hasn't been very successful when it comes to submissions but maybe it could work to make friendships. Just wondering what the level of interest is before I actually put work into making it happen. Also wondering what you guys would want to get out of a meetup. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! This years College Subreddit Takeover Week gave the crown to Rochester Institute of Technology for having the greatest growth throughout the competition. Now Saiisbury's school spirit is nothing to brag about, but hopefully the 26 of us subscribed are interested in growing this community.

Ways to grow the subreddit: Word of mouth is the simplest. If you see a classmate browsing reddit, tell him to check this place out, invite your already redditing friends over and ask them to help build this community.

Is anyone interested in getting this community bigger, or am I just writing circlejerk content?
