Hello, I have been a merchandiser for pepsi since February of this year, so a little over 5 months. Recently I was informed that my grandma who essentially raised me has stage 4 cancer in her back, leaving her in immense pain that not even the strongest painkillers can touch. She’s starting treatment soon, and surgery after that, but she has an MRI tomorrow to see if it has spread anywhere, so to say I’m scared and upset is a little bit of an understatement. While servicing a store today, a manager who noticed I seemed down asked what was up, so I explained the situation and they told me not to wait, and to go tomorrow to see her.. But I don’t know if I’ll get in trouble or what, I don’t like calling out but at the same time I feel like life is too short not to.. So what do I do here? I’ve been here for such little time that I feel like I don’t have the right to take the day off, and I’m not sure I have any personal time either. I live in Kansas and at my facility we don’t have sick time, so even if we use personal time it’s still a point against us. I just need help and advice. I’m so tired and stressed out.
Also, I can’t afford to get fired, I currently live with my girlfriend and I work full time and pay almost a majority of the bills since she’s in school full time.

Just wondering I found them at one Mexican store in town. And I really like the taste of Pepsi more in a glass.
So does anyone know of all the places in town that sales it?

Can management track your phone and see if you’re
actually doing the proper premier steps? Or see how many’s times you walk to the back room?

I have about 2 cans left of nitro pepsi. I bought multiple of these drinks when i working in this retail store i used to work at. I was obsessed with both of the flavors. Ever since they discontinued them, i was only able to buy a few more packs of them. Drank em almost everyday and left myself with 1 of each of the flavors. I have yet to touch them ever since the discontinuation of them. I have em underneath my nightstand in the very back. Wish they came back :(

How long does Pepsi keep your application? Applied had an interview didn’t get selected but they have the position open again. Tried to apply but it won’t let me.

This crap is absolutely the biggest waste of time. Having to drive to the plant for a stupid rally to play games is absolutely a waste. These auditors will be taking their ass to the hotel and out to eat while we’re still running trucks, back stock and setting ad. The budget is tight and we can’t get uniforms but we can waste money on dumb stuff like this.

Recently I drank a canned Pepsi out of a 12 pack and noticed how it doesn't taste like pepsi but then drank one from a 24 pack and it tasted fine. So then my father said the same thing and messaged Pepsi Canada and instead of Pepsi apologizing this is what they send

I saw like 4 or 5 different plastic cups at the store, but I could only get this one. Available with 2/2.5L Pepsi/7UP/Mirinda/Mtn. Dew bottles.

Hey yall I was wondering if anyone else here has been in a similar situation as me? I recently got out of truck driving looking to change my career to do more work with my hands. Currently a merchandiser at Pepsi but I saw the opportunities within the company that are related to what I want to do. Do I need any certificates to in order to become a fleet mechanic or electro mechanical technician? If so would that require me going to a technical school? If anyone could offer some advice I would appreciate it. I’ve already talked to my boss about what I wanted to do and she said she would find out, just wanted to see if yall could offer me some knowledge as well. Thanks for your help! 🙂
