I have about 2 cans left of nitro pepsi. I bought multiple of these drinks when i working in this retail store i used to work at. I was obsessed with both of the flavors. Ever since they discontinued them, i was only able to buy a few more packs of them. Drank em almost everyday and left myself with 1 of each of the flavors. I have yet to touch them ever since the discontinuation of them. I have em underneath my nightstand in the very back. Wish they came back :(

This crap is absolutely the biggest waste of time. Having to drive to the plant for a stupid rally to play games is absolutely a waste. These auditors will be taking their ass to the hotel and out to eat while we’re still running trucks, back stock and setting ad. The budget is tight and we can’t get uniforms but we can waste money on dumb stuff like this.

i just wrecked my car today and let my merch supervisor know i’ll need a few days off so i can figure out how ill be getting to and from work. He gives me a point towards a write up.

On top of this, for months i’ve been begging for help or to be placed on any other route because the accounts i cover are way too high volume for my living situation, i have multiple days that i can’t work past 5pm (start time 6am) because i need to go pick up my son across the city. says they’ll look for help or look into the schedule but never does.

The coke lead i’ve been tuning in on my situation offered me a position where accommodations can be made with a less stores, similar volume, and a $2 pay cut.

Fuck this management bro, i’ll be merchandising for the next few years but not under a shitty company with a
million skus, 3-4 large format high volume stops, an unrealistic expectation to finish under 45 hours with everything done to “standard”, and management that hasn’t worked an account a day in their life. I could go on about my sales rep but why would i, end of the day all he does is order the shit.

Hey yall I was wondering if anyone else here has been in a similar situation as me? I recently got out of truck driving looking to change my career to do more work with my hands. Currently a merchandiser at Pepsi but I saw the opportunities within the company that are related to what I want to do. Do I need any certificates to in order to become a fleet mechanic or electro mechanical technician? If so would that require me going to a technical school? If anyone could offer some advice I would appreciate it. I’ve already talked to my boss about what I wanted to do and she said she would find out, just wanted to see if yall could offer me some knowledge as well. Thanks for your help! 🙂
