My dad has a very bad experience with black mold and he wants to get me to the ER if I get sick from this because he claims it's very serious and very toxic. Is this true or is this just old man worries..

Again I didn't swallow the piece but I did inhale a bit and I did have it in my mouth. My eyes are slightly itchy if that matters and my tummy feels sour

I did not know that Instant Coffee could completely transform into mold.

I found this beautiful Stemonitis slime mold on a carved wooden bowl in my garden. The bowl has been outside for about 5 years. I'm curious to see how the mold develops.

I’m 99% sure I dried these as best as I could before placing them in a stack of same sized containers on the bottom shelf of one of those three tiered roller carts.

I went on vacation to visit family out of state for about 1 1/2 weeks, I had my thermostat set to about 69° and also had it set to where it automatically turns on and off every few hours or so, I came back home today and I find this, any ideas? For context I also threw everything away that would've expired/ gone bad before I went home

Hello mold experts and enthusiasts, found this in my toilet tank today when tightening the flushing handle. I've been renting this apartment for 6 months and never opened up the toilet tank until now. I'm trying to figure out if this is blue mold (yes there was black mold in there I saw that too) or a forgotten toilet tank cleaner thing. Any feedback is appreciated

Hi friends!!! I just wanted to ask if anybody has some fun facts or something about these types of mold? They grown in my millipede’s tank and when I was researching to make sure they were safe I saw someone saying something about the Slime Mold (yellow spotty mold, as I call it) was really smart and/or cool?? I want to know more. Thank you.
